What we collect
Only what you type in. If you fill out the quote form or send a message through the chat bubble, we get your name, phone number, and whatever you told us about your property and your project. Email and city are collected if you provide them.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or any other sensitive personal information.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, quote your job, schedule the work, and follow up about it. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to a marketing company.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to get your job done — Myles and the crew, and the service that delivers the message from this website to him. If the law requires us to disclose something, we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. If we add basic traffic analytics later — the kind that counts page visits — this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
The chat bubble stores one small item in your own browser so it does not show you the same greeting on every visit. That stays on your device.
Text messages
If you give us your number and ask us to text you, we will text you about your estimate or your job. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will. See the Terms for the full messaging language.
Keeping it
We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them for the work and for our business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Children
This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
