Learn moreThe Corridor
Drive 59 through Foley and you can see it happening. Subdivisions on ground that was pasture five years ago, retail frontage filling in around the OWA corridor, and a steady run of new slabs waiting on somebody to landscape them.
New construction comes with a predictable problem. The lot gets stripped, the topsoil leaves with the dirt work, and what is left is compacted sand that will not hold water or roots. Sod laid straight onto that greens up for one season and then thins out in patches. We break the surface, amend it where it needs it, set the irrigation so the coverage genuinely overlaps, and then lay turf into something it can grow into.
Commercial frontage is the other half of the work here. A retail strip or an office lot in Foley gets judged from a car doing 45, which means the mow line, the bed edges and the trash pickup matter more than anything fancy. That runs on a schedule, and the schedule does not get skipped because the week got busy.
Foley also sits far enough inland that plant selection opens back up. You are not fighting salt spray the way you are on the island, so there is more room to work with in the beds than there is fifteen minutes south of here.
A lot of Foley properties need the install and then need somebody to keep it alive. We do both, which means the crew that set the irrigation is the crew that notices a head is not popping up two months later.
If you are closing on a new build or you have a commercial lot that has never looked right, the estimate and the property walk cost nothing.
Tell us what you have in mind and we will come walk the property. Estimates are free, and you will talk to Myles — not a call center. Or tap the chat bubble; messages go straight to Myles.
